This article will walk you through the process of signing up for your Fresh KDS account, and gathering the necessary details we need to connect it to Clubspeed.

Step 1: Create Account

// Navigate to the Fresh KDS website below

• https://www.fresh.technology/products/freshkds/kds-pricing-plans
  • BASIC: No Texting
  • ADVANCED: If you plan to use the texting feature to let your guest know when their order is ready to pick up.

Step 2: Choose Your POS

// Let's sign up!

1. Select "Continue with other POS"
2. Select Clubspeed from the list
3. Enter your company details
4. Validate account
5. Enter Location Details
6. Select your plan (how many screens do you need?)
7. Enter Payment Details
8. Select Business type

Step 3: Obtain Your API Key

// Time to create your Integration Token

1. Login in to your Fresh KDS account
   • https://tools.ftservices.cloud/login
2. Click Settings
3. Click Integration Tokens
4. On the far right, click CREATE TOKEN
5. Enter Token Description * : CLUBSPEED
6. + Create Token
7. Copy and Paste the VALUE and send in an email to support@clubspeed.com and the team will complete the setup for you.
