If the setting to track customer profile changes is turned on (by CS), this report will log any changes of a customer's profile; This includes, Names, Address, Phone numbers, Birth dates, etc.
NOTE: By default, this setting is OFF!
Example
Date: Timestamp the change was made
User: Staff member that made the change
Customer Name: Name of customer who's profile was edited
Logs: The field within the profile and changes made to it.
