Clubspeed Waiver Cut Off Fix

This article will go over the process of how to fix the waiver being cut off issue. 

This was fixed in JIRA ENT-3649 but if we need to manually fix it, this is how to do so.

The JIRA ticket has yet to be merged to fix the waivers for all sites. It will work if implemented manually and will require new signatures of the customer for it to take effect/overwrite the broken waiver.

Here are the steps to manually implement these changes for each site.

1. Ensure that the ClubspeedAppsAutoUpdater is stopped and the startup mode is set to manual
2. Download Racers.php file onto the controller (see attached file)
3. Go to C:/clubspeedapps/api and create a backup of the racers.php file
4. Overwrite the broken Racers.php file in the C:/clubspeedapps/api folder
