Welcome Screen
When a user selects the "Tap to Start" button, they will be greeted with the following choices:
- Walk-ins
- Online Bookings
- Event Attendees
Event Attendees Flow:
When guests choose "Event Attendees", they will be prompted to enter their confirmation code, which can be up to 10 digits long.
If the code is accepted, the event’s name, date, and time will be shown. If the code isn’t recognized, guests will be prompted to try again or exit.
No matter which option is selected, guests will ultimately reach the "Been here before?" prompt, where they can choose to check in with an existing profile or create a new account.
If a guest selects "Find My Profile", they can locate their existing profile by entering their account information.
Note: If a profile was created under another adult's account, that guest will not be able to access the "find my profile" feature and must use the "Create New Profile" option to as a new guest.
If no accounts were found, or if the guest selects "Create New Profile", they will begin the "Register Adult" process.
Guest must enter the following details to create a new profile:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone number
Field Labels and descriptions are customizable in the Club Director Portal.
When the required information is filled out, the guest can click the "Next" button so that they can fill out the optional address information. Following after the Address info section is the Additional Information section.
Note: Settings are optional by default but can be made required if adjusted in the Director Portal.
After creating an adult account, guests can add minors and link them to their profile.
When all desired profiles have been added, or if none are needed, guests can select "Next" to continue to the waiver signing step.
- Waivers must be scrolled through before signature field activates.
- Adults sign for themselves and minors.
- “Allow Minors to Sign” setting (in Director) controls if minors sign too.
- If a valid waivers already exist for the guest, this section is skipped.
- Signature:
- E-Signature can be turned on from the Director portal.

FAQ
Q: Can guests complete this from home?
A: Yes. Once booking is completed, guests receive a link to the registration flow that can be completed remotely.
Q: What if a waiver is already signed?
A: The system will skip the waiver step unless a new signature is required.
Q: Can minors be added remotely?
A: Yes, as long as the guardian is the original registrant. Otherwise, guests must visit the front desk.
Q: Will this allow parents to locate their accounts on future visits and add minors directly from the 'Find My Account' field?
A: Yes.
