Allow Guest To Reschedule Booking
This new feature in ClubBooking will give your guests the ability to reschedule their own reservations within the parameters you set. This will increase the efficiency of your staff by freeing them up from phone calls and email change request.

Log into https://director.clubspeed.com/
1. Click on ClubBooking to expand options
2. Click on Booking Settings
3. Choose Location
Multi-location Facilities will need to choose the location first.
// Single location facilities will default, and skip this step.
4. Click on Booking Options
5. Click toggle to enable Rescheduling
6. Configure the maximum days in advance a guest can reschedule their activities.
There is a default of 5 days, but choose what works best for your facility.
7. Configure the maximum number of times guests can reschedule their activities.
The default is 2 times, but choose what works best for your facility.
8. Click on Save

Adding a tag to your guest Confirmation Email will allow them to easily navigate back to the web shop to reschedule.
Director > Marketing > Email Settings > Email Templates > Choose Confirmation Email
- Enter the cursor where you would like to add in the [Modify] tag.
- From the drop down, choose ' Modify Your Booking'
- SAVE!
Alternatively, you can direct the customer to click on their Booking Confirmation Code in the email. This will also take them back to the Confirmation page to modify their booking.
Guest POV of rescheduling activities
At checkout, your guest will be presented with the confirmation screen, and will be able to click on the MODIFY icon to reschedule.
1. Click on Modify
2. Choose New Date for Booking
3. Date Selector
4. Click on Set Date
5. Select next available Timeslot
6. Your guest will be presented with the capacity of each timeslot that is available.
- If there are not enough spots for your guest's group, the timeslot will be greyed out.
7. Click on Save Changes
- Repeat the above steps for each activity, and save.
- This will automatically modify the reservation on the Venue & Calendar.
NOTE: The timeslot availability will be availability will be based on your global hours, or Product Offering Specific Availability.
