Activities: Updated Features & Functionalities

This article will cover 2 new features associated with the Activities functionality. You can now remove guest from a started activity as well as change the activity type, even after everyone has been assigned.

Step 1: Change Activity Type

// Ease the process for your employees if your guests change their mind. This feature allows your staff to change the activity type and transfer all the assigned guests in one click!

  • On the Venue screen, either double click the activity you wish to change, or click "Manage Activity"

  • From this screen select the new activity from the drop down menu
  • Only activities that have the same credit requirements will appear as options.

 

Step 2: Remove Guest From Started Activity

// For unexpected moments, or guest no-show's, we have added the ability to remove a guest from an activity that has already started. 

 

  • Follow the same steps to un-assign a guest from an activity that has not yet started.
