Bulk Scheduling on Venue

Bulk add Heats/Activities on your venue with a few clicks!

Step 1: View the Venue on your POS Terminal

Step 2: Select the Activity Schedule & Date

// Make sure you are viewing the correct schedule for the activity you want to fill your venue with, and the date. 

Step 3: Select Time Slots

// Here we go!

1. Using your mouse and keyboard, start buy clicking the first timeslot
   • If you want to fill every timeslot with the same activity/heat, then hold down the SHIFT key and scroll down to your preferred end time and click to highlight all times.
   • If you want to select specific timeslots, then hold down the CTRL key and click each timeslot you want to fill with your activity.
2. Click Add Activity button in center menu
3. Select heat/activity, click ok
4. Done! You should now see all the selected timeslots now filled with your activity/heat.
5. Repeat if necessary!
