When running into a situation where the word "Waiver" is not compliant in the particular tracks legal department. Like this one for instance
This word that is highlighted can be changed if you follow these steps.
1. Go to the tracks resourceentry page.
Trackname.clubspeedtiming.com/resourceentry
2. click the 2nd drop down menu labeled "Resources" and change it to Main Engine
3. in the Filter by English Text box type in the word Waiver
4. Then click Filter.
after you do that this should come up
Make sure you rewrite in the box the original heading but just replace the word "Waiver" with what ever word the track needs it to be changed to in order to comply with their local laws.
Email the track to ensure the changes have been made.
Note: Never adjust anything that's Directly in the waiver without consulting Richard, or Shingo first. Because adjusting anything inside the waiver ourselves is against the law. The track has to adjust anything inside their Waiver themselves for legal reasons.
