Linkly is currently a payment integration option for Aus. Similar to Clover, the devices are paired to each POS terminal.

Control Panel Settings

Below are the settings that should be used when setting up the Simple Pay terminal. You should only have to change the items in Yellow. Pairing the Linkly devices to each POS terminal.

Setting up Ingenico Move 5000 to connect to the Cloud (POS new method, PINpad new method) - These steps are for anyone using slave (linkly app) version 13.07+

  1. Press the FUNC button and enter '7410'
  2. Tap option ‘2 Terminal Setup’
  3. Tap on ‘Begin’
  4. Tap on option ‘2 Cloud Comms’
  5. Choose the connection method ‘Ethernet’ or ‘WiFi’, if you select ‘Ethernet’ skip to step 9
  6. The message ‘Scanning available networks’ will display
  7. Select the Merchant’s WiFi network and enter the WiFi password
  8. Tap on ‘Next’
  9. The message ‘Setup complete’ should be displayed on the PINpad
  10. Press ‘CANCEL’ button on the keypad of the PINpad
  11. The PINpad will then display the following screens “Integrated Mode” - “Cloud Online” - “Pairing Code”
  12. Press Enter to display a new pairing code
  13. Process the pairing function in the POS to connect the PINpad with the POS.

 

 

To re-pair a Ingenico Move 5000 that is already configured to Cloud

  1. Press the FUNC button and enter '8880'
  2. The PINpad will ask a question “Reset Pairing?” press enter
  3. The PINPad should display a screen “Pinpad pairing press enter”
  4. Press Enter to display a new pairing code
  5. If the POS uses the old pairing method, press ‘Func’ to enter the username and password
  6. Process the pairing function in the POS to connect the PINpad with the POS.

 

 

CloudID/Username = The PC-EFTPOS issued CloudUsername, this identifies a PC-EFTPOS Cloud Client, it will be the Lane ID that the user wishes to connect with

Cloud Password = The PC-EFTPOS issued password. This is issued when a customer signs up for the service and they should receive an email containing their password. A Password is connected to a CloudID and thus will not work multiple times unless connecting to the same CloudID, passwords can be reset in the portal which will email the user a newly generated password

PairCode/Pairing Code: The Pinpad pairCode. This code is generated after the customer enters their CloudID and Password into a pinpad(see below for the pairing steps). The customer is expected to save this along with their CloudID.

Fill in the form and click the Pair button.

This message should appear on Clubspeed: Device has been paired successfully.
