Pay by Phone web error with CardConnect
After setting up CardConnect for pos terminals (or off1) you are getting a web error in the card number field when selecting Pay by Phone.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Ensure the fields are correct in SQL ControlPanel. Also make sure to manually type in the data for each. Copy and paste has know to cause errors.
2. Login to the terminal with environment settings turned off. That way you can access Internet Explorer and add the following link as a Trusted Site. After which ensure you log off all like terminals.
