The Top Time report allows you to pull the top times lists for each track & speedlevel. Here, you can export this list to invite your fastest customers for a year end race off, or if you notice a time that slipped by that is too fast to be possible, you can use this report to find that lap time and 'set it to bad' so it is hidden from the public. And for your staff members, as long as their accounts are marked as 'Employee', they will not only be hidden from the public top times lists, but you can also pull their very own internal Top Times list so they are not left out of the fun!
EXAMPLE Top Time Report

- Select Track (If more than one)
- Select Speedlevel
- Select if you wish to show customer or employee list only, and if you'd only like to view 'Bad Lap Times'
- Select a date range
- Run!

TIP: If you need to clear out a bad lap time, search for the day and customer in question. When you locate it, simply check the 'BAD TIME?' box on the far right, and it will automatically hide the time from the public. Don't worry if you click the wrong one, or too many. You can also filter to view Bad Lap Times ONLY, and uncheck them to release the times back to the public. |
