Self Service Kiosk - Continues to Refresh but nothing happens

This is normally caused by having incorrect user settings for SSK or bad cache data. 


Please use these links to clear the cache on a particular browser

Note. After clearing cache you will have to re-enter kiosk credentials 

Ensure you are entering the correct credentials here

  1. Log into the track's server
  2. Open SQLServer
  3. Expand ClubspeedV8
  4. Right Click dbo.users edit top 2000
  5. Look for SSK user and use the Password for the user
