Restoring Database/Files - (Non-GDPR)
If you are needing to restore files to get a location up quickly, start this process as well as you are following these directions to have a secondary restore process already active in case this process has issues/fails.
If you are restoring a Track that is using Duplicati:
Setup Duplicati Again
- Follow the "Installing Duplicati" in this help section
Downloading Database on the Server
- Open a browser and go to the Duplicati portal (might be open already), localhost:8200
- Click "Menu" on the top right & click "Restore"
- Click "Direct restore from backup files..." radio box & click "Next" button
- In the Next Screen:
- In the "Storage Type" box, select "B2 Cloud Storage"
- Enter the Bucket Name from the BackBlaze step above (follow capitalization)
- Bucket name: (This varies based off of the region you are setting up, see below)
- USA= USADatabase
- Canada = CADatabase
- Mexico\central=ESDatabase
- Australia= AUSDatabase
- Asia= ASDatabase
- Africa= AFDatabase
- K1 Location= K1Database
- Folder Path: License name (Should be how it is spelled in LMI)
- B2 Account ID: b5d1f5875beb
- B2 Application Key: 00194d818be5274421aea306b6e0869fcb729d1b55
- Click "Next" Button
- NOTE: if you are having trouble connecting, verify the file name on BackBlaze
- Log into BackBlaze on your computer
- If you need credentials, ask another team member or supervision
- On left side click "Browse Files"
- Click on the Bucket the track belongs in (ex: K1Bucket, UKCustomers, USACustomers, etc)
- Note the Bucket Name & the Folder Name for the track
- Log into BackBlaze on your computer
- Step 2 Encryption step (next screen) :
- Passphrase: 20nvadwiqf78w
- Click "Connect" button on the next screen (use defaults)
- It can take some time for Duplicati to find the File Path Information
- Step 3 Select Files:
- Select the files you want to download.
- Click Continue
- Step 4 Restore Options:
- Select the location you want the files to be downloaded to
- Either a location you will remember or to their original location (preferred)
- Check "Save different versions with timestamp in file name
- You will have to rename the DB you want to use
- This will save new waivers if some customers have already began to resign new waivers
- Check "Restore read/write permissions
- Click "Restore" button
- Select the location you want the files to be downloaded to
- It will take some time for the files to download
Files
- You can now rename and move the files as you need to so you can restore their DB and waivers

Configure New Schedule
- Follow the Installing Duplicati steps linked above to create a new Scheduled Backup.
- Skip the section about creating a BackBlaze folder, you will point to the existing folder.
