Refunds Via Clover Portal

The customer can issue refunds in the Clover Portal (outside of Club Speed) by following the steps below. Note, the refund has to be for the full amount of the payment. They also have to have 2 factor Authorization enabled in order to do the refunds.

Steps to turn on 2FA are:
  1. Log onto the Clover web dashboard
  2. On the left hand side, click on “virtual terminal”
  3. Prompts you to setup the 2FA first time
  4. Setup 2FA as prompted
  Also, here is the guide on how to refund a sale from the web dashboard
  1. On a web browser, log in to the Web Dashboard.
  2. Click Transactions.
  3. Find the transaction you want to refund, then click Details.
  4. Click Refund.
  5. Click Yes in the dialog box.

They would then update the Check in Club Speed so everything balances (as needed).
