Race is going but no scoreboards pick up the race:

Go to SQL>v8>TimerControls

                Find the ip address

Open cmd prompt and ping the decoder

                If it doesn’t reach it, then connection issue

                Check wires, power cycle

                Ask if it is on a 2^nd switch/router that could be the issue.
