POS/PIT Reports Issues
If the reports don't pull up on the POS or PIT terminals:
- Ensure to turn off the Environment settings (through Active Directory)
- Log into the terminal with the normal username and password
- Once logged in, it should look like a normal desktop
- Open up Internet Explorer and a pop up should appear
- Once you click Okay for the pop up, it creates environment/user settings for IE
- Log out and turn the environment settings back on, test it out.
