POS/PIT Reports Issues

If the reports don't pull up on the POS or PIT terminals:

  1. Ensure to turn off the Environment settings (through Active Directory)
  2. Log into the terminal with the normal username and password
  3. Once logged in, it should look like a normal desktop
  4. Open up Internet Explorer and a pop up should appear
  5. Once you click Okay for the pop up, it creates environment/user settings for IE
  6. Log out and turn the environment settings back on, test it out.
