How to Recalibrate a Topaz Signature Pad
- Unplug the signature pad and hold the stylus in the top left of the screen at the mark when you plug the cable back in to recalibrate it.
- After holding the stylus in the top left of the screen, you will notice a small series of dots disappear and appear in the bottom right corner.
- Hold your stylus over the bottom right of the screen and your screen will recalibrate.
If this does not work, it is always important to check the connection to the signature pad because this often comes loose from being moved around so often and make sure that power is running to it. Also, if they recently got a new machine, it could be that the COM ports are mixed or the baudrate isn't set properly (usually on a WYSE).
