How to: QBR Report/EBR Report Request
1. Open the site's SP_Admin portal2. Run the product summary report
3. Filter by the terminal dropdown

4. Fill in the template referring to the desired quarter range
Depending on the requested quarter; refer to the following dates:
Quarter 1 Dates: January 1 - March 31
Quarter 2 Dates: April 1 - June 30
Quarter 3 Dates: July 1 - September 30
Quarter 4 Dates: October 1 - December 31
TEMPLATE:
[Requested Quarter] Sales Revenue Breakdown
// This will be the total sales per revenue outlet.
POS - $
OGB - $
SSK - $
[Requested Quarter] Support Tickets
// This will be the total number of tickets associated with each category
Routine Tickets - General Help : #
Feature Request (Aka Bugs) : #
Education - Training : #
Additional clarification:
- POS - the sum of all POS, OFF, and PIT terminals
- OGB - OGB terminal
- SSK - SSK terminals, if enabled, use that value
Search Freshdesk for ALL tickets



- Routine Tickets - General Help : All tickets minus feature request/bugs and education/training tickets
- Feature Request - status type "Bug"
- Education/Training - status type "Education"
