Grabbing Necessary Database Files (SMS)
NOTE: This is to help the customer get the necessary files.
If a customer needs guidance on grabbing the tables.
On the server, load up IB Expert.
If it is password locked, there is not much more we can do. (See Below)
If not locked, on the left hand side, select the tables below:
Tables that Need to be exported in to CSV files(Excel).
- T\_CUSTOMER
- T\_CUSTOMER\_2\_ADDRESS
- T\_ADDRESS
- T\_PRODUCT
- T\_MEMBER\_CARD
- T\_MEMBERSHIP
- T\_CUSTOMER\_2\_MEMBERSHIP
- O\_ASSET\_LINE\_ACTIVE
Once selected (May need to double click), click on the Data tab.
Scroll to the bottom, then click file at the top.
Select Export Data, Choose location and (CSV) format.
Once receiving the files, forward them to a dev.
They will create the necessary scripts to import the data to our CS Server.
Run the scripts they give you.
If the DB is locked.
Their should be an SMS management portal.
They can grab the customer database here, as well as the memberships.
There is an Asset section that has important info regarding memberships or gift cards.
Getting DB access is far better.
