Dell R620 Server - RAID Configuration Using PERC H710 Card

Boot the server up and press F2 to get to System Set up
Select Device Settings
Select the option for Raid Controller Configuration Utility
Select Virtual Disk Management
Select Create Virtual Disk
For the Select RAID Level drop down, select RAID10
For Span 1, select Select Physical Disks
Ensure the Select Media Type and Select Interface Type radio buttons are set to Both
Check the first two Physical Disks. Press Apply Changes
Select Add More Spans
For Span 2, select Select Physical Disks
Ensure the Select Media Type and Select Interface Type radio buttons are set to Both
Check the remaining two Physical Disks. Press Apply Changes
Scroll down and in the Virtual Disk Name ClubSpeed
Select Create Virtual Disk
Check the Confirm check box and select Yes
You will probably get this message:
Select the Back button twice. Go back into the Virtual Disk Management and ensure that you can no longer create a virtual disk, but can now manage it.
