Create A Manual Email Gift Card
In the event where a gift card does not properly get sent via email but we can confirm a transaction was successful, use this article on how to create one manually. This is more useful if a giftcard doesn't also get attached to each item line and you then have to make a gift card attached to a check and manually add money to a card.
Step 1: Verify the transaction was successful
This is usually confirmed through the POS system or through Card Connect. You may have to search around but don't create any additional cards until you can prove it was paid for. You might be even lucky and find a card was created during the transaction and then use that one for the next step.
Step 2: Create the Card
Go into the admin portal and manually create the gift card at the following URL:
https://[LICENSENAME].clubspeedtiming.com/admin/giftcards/manage
Enter the Gift Card Number and then update the "New Money Balance" section to the appropriate amount.
If we need to make a giftcard we can make up the numbers, just make sure that it is the correct # of digits being used in creating the giftcard. The easiest way to find out how many would be from SQL dbo.GiftCardHistoryDeleted then check CustID.

Step 3: Edit the template
Go to the following URL:
https://[LICENSENAME].clubspeedtiming.com/admin/booking/templates
I would suggest just saying "Congratulations! you recieved an egift card from [LocationName]"
Add the gift card number below in the appropriate slot and also make sure the card has a balance on the bottom and in the system.
Take a screenshot, then forward it to the customer.
DO NOT OVERWRITE/SAVE THE TEMPLATE
Edit the highlighted sections so it makes sense.
