Update URL Image in email template

A URL image can be used for marketing purposes, such as embedding images in customer emails. This process converts an image into a direct URL link, which can then be shared with customers or inserted into marketing emails.


Steps:

 

Obtain the image file (JPG or PNG format).

Log in to the customer’s server.

Navigate to:

C:\Clubspeed Apps\Assets

 

Drag and drop the image into the Assets folder.

To get the URL for the image, use one of the following formats:

 

https://[LicenseName].clubspeedtiming.com/assets/[ImageFileName].png

https://[LicenseName].clubspeed.com/assets/[ImageFileName].png

 

(Replace [LicenseName] with the customer’s license name and [ImageFileName] with the exact file name and extension.)

Important: Do not use spaces in the file name.
