Clover Waiver Signature Setup and Troubleshooting
POS Returns: 'The customer Failed to sign' after saving the the signature on the clover device.
This is when customer are attempting to have their customers re-sign waivers on the clover devices.
Step 1: Go to C:\ClubSpeed
Right click on the below folders > Properties > Security > Edit > Users(Clubspeed\Users) > Check the 'Modify' box > Apply
For each of the following folders make sure that the Users(Clubspeed\Users) user has 'Modify' Permissions:
- CustomerSignatures
- CustomerSignatures2
- CustomerWaivers
- CustomerWaivers2
When done correctly it will look like the below screenshot:
Step 2:
If the Signature is not sending to the Clover device, confirm the SQL settings.
Signature processor set to clover
External Signature Port: 12345
ExternalSignatureTerminalHost: Clover's IP

ON THE CLOVER DEVICE ITSELF:
Waiver Signature app 1.3 or newer* by Clubspeed will need to be installed on the clover as well.
- To Download app
- Press all 4 corners of Clover to back out to main screen
- Have location enter their manager code for clover
- More Tools
- Search for Waiver Signature by Clubspeed
- Download and install
- To Update app
- Press all 4 corners of Clover to back out to the main screen
- Have location enter in their manager code for clover
- More Tools
- Search for Waiver Signature by Clubspeed
- Run application using button
- It will then prompt for an update/download to the newest version
