Then, on the Action pane (top-right), click 'Revert to Parent'
Can not see 'Race History' and 'Points History'
Follow the below steps, if a customer calls, or sends in a ticket regarding the following error when trying to view the 'Activity History' or 'Credit History' reports in the Venue.
“Server error in /SP_Center Application.”

Steps taken to fix the issue:
- Log into Controller
- Navigate to IIS Manager
- Under Server name>>Application Pools
- Located Sp_center > Right Click
- Select Basic Settings
- Changed Managed pipeline mode from "Classic" to "Integrated".
- Select Okay then 'Recycle...' under Actions pane on the top-right.
- Back on the POS> Venue> View customer profile. Refresh the Credit/Activity history window.

If another error appears:
If another error appears:- From IIS Manager, Drop down the Server name, Sites, Default Web Site
- Navigate down to SP_Center, click once to view options
- Under IIS, double click on 'Handler Mapping' to open
- Then, on the Action pane (top-right), click 'Revert to Parent'
