Adding Zone File To GoDaddy

Adding Track's Public IP to GoDaddy

First, it would be safe to ensure that the track has a static public IP going to the track
Next, go to GoDaddy and login with ClubSpeed's credentials
- If you don't have the credentials, confer with Wes or Shingo
Go to Manage the Domains
Ensure to select ClubSpeedTiming.com as the domain to manage
Click on the DNS Zone File tab near the middle
On this tab, is where you can Add or Edit existing Domain entries
Click the Edit link above the list of domains
A new tab should come up, you can then either:
- Click Add to create a new domain entry
- Find an existing entry and click the Pencil (edit) next to the name or IP that needs to be modified
Once the modifications have been made, click on Save Zone File
- NOTE: Any changes can take an upwards of 24-48 hours to take effect, though they usually take effect within an hour or two after being completed.
